This class is designed to get into some specific,” Down-N-Dirty” wine education…. Wines of Italy, grape varietals, regions, soil types, climate, you name it, all the components that make wine from Italy as distinct as its people. We will also have some regional foods to sample along with the wines.

This class is designed to teach you why Spanish wines are so Rico Suave’! (Rich and Smooth) In a country with a hot and spicy population and a passion for great cuisine respectful of its heritage and diverse culture, you know the wines have to be exceptional. Learn what it is about this country that allows such fabulous wines to be produced. We will also have some regional foods to sample along with the wines.
